EDUCATION:

Birmingham City University, Cardigan Street, Birmingham- BA (HONS) Fashion Business and Promotion 2011 - 2014

Modules undertaken-
- Buying and Merchandising: Produced four range boards using Photoshop for AW12 knitwear. Also critical path showing the process.

- Marketing: Produced new marketing plan for Forever21. The marketing plan was a breast cancer charity event. Portrayed my idea through a report and a PowerPoint presentation.

- Events: Myself and six girls put together a one-day pop up shop in The Pavilions shopping centre to raise money for Cancer Research UK and Graduate Fashion Week. As head of PR I managed to gain publicity on Free Radio and Sixty Nine Degrees magazine's website.

- Trends Forecasting: Produced a report on the key factors and contemporary issues affecting fashion. Using Photoshop I produced a trends prediction booklet and one mood board translating one trend and a product board showing key silhouettes.

Dissertation:For my final year dissertation I researched into whether Primark should employ more multichannel strategies. I did this by looking into what their competitors are doing, completing a case study on ASOS, compiling surveys and researching on what strategies they currently use. I came to the conclusion they should be more multichannel and I produced a business plan for an App that has three USPS. One was it allowed customers to order a total of 60 exclusive items. Two, a customer can scan an items barcode in store, click style and the App will show items to wear with the scanned item. Finally, a check and reserve option.
